Heath is an adjunct at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University, where she’s also an alum. She is the marketing director at Justice Brothers Ranch & U-Pick during the citrus season, and enjoys spending her time in the Arizona sun with her many chickens, peafowl and livestock guardian dog.
