Tom Maxedon is the host of KJZZ’s Weekend Edition on Saturday and Sunday from 6-10 a.m. and All Things Considered on Monday from 3-6 p.m.

He reports on arts & culture in the Valley and state, while also hosting KJZZ’s Word podcast about literature.

Maxedon joined the KJZZ News team in September 2017, following his work as news director for KPRG, Public Radio Guam/Saipan — the U.S. Territories in the Western Pacific region — where he also worked as a freelance writer for the Guam Daily Post.

He’s a second-generation broadcaster with a wide vocational background in media, telecommunications and education.
